Sage Beauty Esthetics – Policies Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text/call (702) 413-2511 or message me on Instagram @sagebeautylv as soon as possible. ⸻ Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. ⸻ Late Arrivals You have a 15-minute grace period. Should you be delayed, you may elect to proceed with your scheduled appointment, provided you have contacted your artist within the 15 minute grace period—full price of service(s) still applies. If you’re 15+ minutes late with no communication, the appointment is a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service. ⸻ Card on File A valid card is required to book and may be charged for cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules outside of the policy. ⸻ Touch-Up Policy If you experience unusual shedding or poor retention, please reach out within 4 days of your appointment. I’ll do my best to fit you in for a complimentary touch-up. Anything reported after 4 days will be treated as a fill and charged accordingly. ⸻ Other Policies • Sick? If you have cold, flu, COVID symptoms, pink eye, or anything contagious, please reschedule. I reserve the right to turn away visibly ill clients for safety. The appointment may be considered a no-show. • No Guests or Children: For safety, sanitation, and insurance reasons, no extra guests or children are allowed unless previously approved. (Salons policy, not mine) • Refunds: All services are non-refundable once performed. If you have any issues, contact me within 4 days of service so I can address it. • Aftercare: Follow all aftercare instructions (no oils, steam, rubbing, picking, etc.). Poor retention due to improper aftercare is not my responsibility. ⸻ Fills Fills must be scheduled within 2–4 weeks depending on the individuals retention and growth of their lashes. At least 30% retention is is required for it to be considered a fill. (About 30-40 lashes per eye) If less than 30% of your lashes remain, it will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
