Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life happens and as a result our schedules can be out of our control. What we ask, is that when these changes occur you please communicate with me via text/call (702)413-2511 or on Instagram @sagebeautylv so we can plan accordingly.
Each appointment is allotted a 15-minute grace period, so if you are running late please reach out as soon as possible so we can verify there is enough time to complete the scheduled service.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling, as failure to do so means you may be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. ALL No-Shows (anything after 15 min grace period) will be charged 100% of the booked service(s).
A valid card is required to be kept on file for any charges related to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
